退款政策

We offer 14-day easy returns, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To keep things simple, items just need to be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging so they can be restocked.


To start a return, simply email us at contact@aceeaseactive.com with your order number.


Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or policy reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Intimates (underwear, lingerie, socks, swimwear)

• Items discounted or marked Final Sale

• Gift cards and promotional items

 


 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

 


 

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping

Non-defective returns: We provide a prepaid label. An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or incorrect items: We’ll cover all return shipping costs.
